Luxury fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana has partnered with Italian esports organization.
With this collaboration, Mkers will be a part of a new project called ‘gooDGame,’ which refers to the initials of the brand.
In this project, eight episodes will be produced, presenting the lives of four different teams based in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
In addition to presenting the routine of teams within gaming houses and the challenges of being a pro esports player, the series will offer an exchange of experiences between organizations and the individual players. The players will be swapped between organizations so that their shared experiences will be the main driving force of the show.
Dolce & Gabbana brand will appear throughout the eight episodes, as well as the launch of a capsule collection that is specifically geared towards gamers. The production of gooDGame episodes will be handled by a video production company called Frame by Frame.
The deal was closed a few days after the Italian fashion brand announced the launch of its Gucci Gaming Academy with FACEIT. Gucci has maintained a relationship with competitive gaming since joining forces with Fnatic in 2020.
